The villain who became a fan favorite

Fake toys that feel completely real

Five interiors for one snack shop

Started with a throwaway villain concept. Three redesigns later, the character had a name, a nemesis, and a tragic backstory nobody asked for.

Spent a session generating toy packaging for characters that don't exist yet. Now they might have to. The boxes are too good to leave empty.

The cosmic snack shop kept evolving. Each redesign answered a question the last one raised. Interior five is probably the final one. Probably.

When the haunted office came alive

A single late-night prompt about cubicles and ghosts spiraled into a full cast of spectral office workers, each with a department and a complaint.

The session notes are the best part. Every iteration is logged — the misfire that became a favorite, and the prompt that accidentally invented a whole mythology.
